TERMS OF USE 

These Terms of Use govern your purchase of and access to The Library by Tahlia Liapis, including all digital educational products and services made available through the The Library, such as masterclasses, memberships, downloadable resources, workbooks and related educational content.

By purchasing or accessing The Library, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. 

ACCESS TO THE LIBRARY / INDIVIDUAL PURCHASES
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, individual masterclasses include lifetime access to the purchased content. Lifetime access means ongoing access for the lifetime of the product, provided it continues to be offered and supported through The Library.

ACCESS TO THE LIBRARY / MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Where access is provided through a membership or subscription, access will continue only while your subscription remains active and in accordance with the membership terms in effect at that time.

PERSONAL LICENCE
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal and professional development. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. All rights remain with Tahlia Liapis.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within The Library, including but not limited to videos, demonstrations, photography, graphics, branding, lesson structure, teaching methods, educational frameworks, written resources, downloadable materials, voiceovers and course content, is protected by Australian copyright and intellectual property laws.

No part of The Library may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, translated, modified, sold, licensed or otherwise used without prior written permission. This includes both the content itself and the underlying concepts, methodologies and educational frameworks presented throughout The Library.

PERMITTED USE
You may:
- Stream purchased content through The Library.
- Download accompanying PDFs or resources where they have been made available.
- Print downloadable resources for your own personal reference.
- Apply the techniques and knowledge taught within your own professional work.

PROHIBITED USE
You must not:
- Share your account or login credentials with another person.
- Allow others to access purchased content through your account.
- Download, record, copy or screen record any video content.
- Upload or distribute content through websites, social media or file-sharing platforms.
- Reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of The Library.
- Create or sell educational materials that substantially reproduce or are derived from The Library.
- Use any content to train, develop or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models or similar technologies.
- Remove copyright notices, branding or identifying information from any resources.
- Use any content from The Library to deliver, market or promote a course, workshop, mentorship or educational program that substantially reproduces or is based upon the content of The Library.

DOWNLOADABLE RESOURCES
Downloadable resources may be provided either as supporting materials accompanying a masterclass or as standalone digital products available for purchase. These may include, but are not limited to, PDFs, eBooks, workbooks, guides, templates, product and tool lists, checklists, worksheets and other educational materials.

Unless otherwise stated, downloadable resources are supplied for your own personal use only. You may download and retain these resources for your own reference; however, they must not be shared, reproduced, distributed, published, uploaded, sold, sublicensed or otherwise made available to any other person or organisation without prior written permission. All downloadable resources remain the intellectual property of Tahlia Liapis and are protected by Australian copyright and intellectual property laws.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before access is granted.

Prices, promotions and special offers may change at any time without notice. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retrospectively unless required by law.

REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of The Library, refunds are not available once access has been granted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required, remedies will be provided in accordance with your consumer guarantees.


PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE
The Library has been created to educate, inspire and support makeup artists through the sharing of Tahlia Liapis' professional experience, artistic approach and personal methodology. The techniques, opinions and recommendations shared throughout The Library reflect Tahlia Liapis' professional experience and creative approach.

While every effort has been made to provide accurate and practical guidance, results will vary depending on each individual's experience, products, techniques, practice and application. No guarantees are made regarding business growth, income, client bookings or professional outcomes.


TECHNICAL AVAILABILITY
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure The Library remains available, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, software updates, platform outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While reasonable efforts will be made to restore access as soon as practicable, temporary interruptions do not constitute a breach of these Terms of Use.


ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.

Any activity occurring under your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please notify us as soon as possible.


SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
If we reasonably believe these Terms of Use have been breached, including through account sharing, copyright infringement, unauthorised distribution of content or any other misuse of The Library, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately suspend or terminate your access without prior notice or refund.

Where appropriate, we also reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies available to protect our intellectual property and enforce these Terms of Use.


CHANGES TO THE LIBRARY
The Library will continue to evolve over time. We may update, replace, expand or remove content, resources or platform functionality to maintain the quality and relevance of our educational offerings. These Terms of Use may also be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tahlia Liapis is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to access, The Library. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant purchase, except where Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.


ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Tahlia Liapis regarding your purchase of and access to The Library and supersede any prior discussions or representations relating to its use.


SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
